Soft mini hot dog brioche buns filled with meatballs, tomato sauce, cheese and fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pack Toscano Mini Hot Dog Brioche Buns
  • Tomato pasta sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Make meatballs with beef mince, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and seasoning.
  2. Brown the meatballs, fill buttered brioche buns with sauce, meatballs and cheese.
  3. Bake until the cheese melts and serve with fresh basil.
